Comprehensive Family Law Experience

Amy represents clients in contested and uncontested divorce, custody, parenting time, and child support cases. Although she advocates mediation and Collaborative Law (“no court divorce”) as a means of settling matters, Amy is an experienced litigator who has appeared in courts throughout the State of Indiana.

Amy regularly represents clients in a variety of family law situations, such as:

• Paternity
• Relocations
• Modifications
• Other post-decree cases

In addition to her trial court experience, Amy has been involved in several appellate cases with numerous reported decisions and she has appeared before both the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court for oral arguments.

Education

Amy received her undergraduate degree from Hanover College, where she continues to give back through service on the Alumni Board and the Board of Advisors for Chi Omega Sorority. Amy graduated cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and is a graduate of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Bar Leader Series.

She is licensed to practice before all state courts in Indiana and the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Ms. Carson resides in Fishers, Indiana, with her husband Grant and their two young children.
