Alexandria Special Education Teacher Resigns Over Sexual Misconduct Charges

On April 12, 2021, the Alexandria Community School Corporation accepted a letter of resignation from a special education teacher at Alexandria Monroe High School. The 36-year-old teacher is charged with child molesting, 2 counts of child seduction, and sexual misconduct with a minor. Police say he sexually assaulted a child in a special education classroom.
