Sam Crawford
Sam Crawford is an Associate Attorney at Massillamany Jeter & Carson LLP, where he represents clients across a wide range of legal matters, including family law, estate planning, elder law, guardianships, probate administration, name changes, protective orders, and civil litigation.
A first-generation college graduate and the first attorney in his family, Sam earned his undergraduate degree with honors and distinction from Indiana University Bloomington. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he served as a judicial intern for the Vanderburgh Superior Court. In this role, he gained valuable insight into judicial decision-making and trial procedures, further strengthening his commitment to effective advocacy.
In 2025, Sam completed the Indiana Trial Advocacy Skills College, an intensive program designed to refine courtroom skills under the guidance of some of Indiana’s most respected trial attorneys and judges. This experience further enhanced his ability to advocate effectively on behalf of his clients.
Sam is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is an active member of the Hamilton County Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Indiana State Bar Association.
Outside of his legal practice, Sam enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing basketball and golf, and he regularly cheers on the Indiana Hoosiers, Indianapolis Colts, and Indiana Pacers.
